This review is a long time coming. Jenn helped me buy my property in East Rock New Haven and of course, I went back to her when i wanted to sell it! She is thoroughly professional, on time, pleasant and all this comes with her excellent knowledge of the local area and a number of reliable individuals such as inspectors, handymen etc. She argues for the best deal for you but never wants to shortchange either a buyer or seller. I appreciate that she is extremely reasonable and is focused on getting a good deal that will make both parties happy.

Tbh, I don't often find myself writing reviews but this experience was a life changer and I need to share! If I could give 6 stars, I would! A few years back, my father and I were looking for a house to call our home. This would have been my first home buying experience and Jenn helped us find the perfect house while also making an unknown and potentially stressful experience very controlled and stress free. I trusted her knowledge and advice. At first, I was sold on this house from the moment I walked in and saw the stone wall in my future dining room, but as time has gone by, I have continued to learn about the history of this house which has been incredibly impactful! Built in 1876 by a man who was shot and wounded at Gettysburg! SO COOL! But anyways, there were a couple moments right before closing which I thought the whole deal would fall apart but Jenn was as cool as a cucumber and made sure everything continued without a hitch! Thanks to Jenn, we were able to close (basically) on time and all the hiccups got cleared away. I truly appreciate Jenn for all the hard work she did to make this deal happen. Since living here I LOVE to continue learning about the history of the property while also adding my own memories. Unfortunately, my father is no longer here with us, but that is what makes this house extra special.. it is now a time capsule of memories that I would have never have had without Jenn helping to find us the perfect home. With the time we had, together we did a lot of home projects to REALLY add our own personality which I can now cherish forever.
